About Me and what to Expect...
I'm an Independent Licensed Social Worker (LISW-S) with over a decade of clinical experience. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Morehead State University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Kentucky. I'm passionate about creating a supportive, relaxed environment where everyone can feel comfortable exploring their concerns. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of challenges. I integrate a person-centered approach into my therapy style, allowing clients to feel understood and empowered as they navigate personal growth.
I have a relaxed informal counseling style designed to create an anxiety reducing atmosphere. We will complete a diagnostic assessment and create a treatment plan individually designed for each client.
I'm compassionate and I sincerely care about the concerns of my clients. I want each one of my clients to reach their therapeutic goals. I'm dedicated to work with my clients until their issues are significantly improved or resolved. I have over a decade of clinical experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. Most importantly, I love what I do. Providing therapy is not only a career choice for me; it's my passion!
